Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping to the Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order ships, we are not responsible for lost packages. If the package returns to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

International Customs & Duties
